We’re looking for a driven Data Marketing Executive to join our team to empower marketers and deliver impactful customer communications through great data.
You must also love connecting with colleagues to understand their goals and customer outcomes and be able to talk their language.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Define and document customer data goals in collaboration with Marketing
* Audit the current data landscape and data processes
* Create the plan for improving processes and data flow
* Work with Data and Technology colleagues to implement agreed improvements
* Work with Marketing to create prioritised data enhancement plans
* Manage the work to deliver data quality improvements across completeness, accuracy and timeliness
* Report on a small suite of Data quality KPIs agreed with Marketing and the overall data landscape for your market
* Train Marketers to self-serve data segments and create their own segmentation through easy to understand processes and data structures
* Liaise with Compliance and Data Privacy colleagues to ensure standards and required data projection, governance and permission rules are followed
* Manage external supplier data quality requirements and audit data acquired
* Manage and optimise the data structure needed to support the marketing strategy
* Complete data health and quality audits to identify areas for improvement
Proven track record in:
* Working with Marketers to drive improved marketing performance through data segmentation and database health
* 1-3 years of experience supporting marketing databases
* Creating backlogs and prioritising work
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Presenting plans and impact of work completed to groups
* Tracking and reporting on Data quality KPIs and goals
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with:
* Experience with Eloqua or other MAP and ideally, SFDC
* Basic data manipulation tools such as Excel and Alteryx
* Reporting/analytics tools, Tableau or Domo an advantage
