£26,000 per year, permanent 37 hrs a week, Monday – Friday (8am-4pm)

We are currently looking for Data Management Advisors to join our client RWEnpower, a leading player in the energy industry. This an exciting back office role, based in their bespoke contact centre towards Houghton-le-spring, in County Durham.

The Role

Working as part of npowers back office team you will be instrumental in helping implement innovative industry wide changes, and be responsible for supporting the management of npowers gas and electric product throughout the distribution network. It will be your role to help provide a range of administrative support in the gas and electric areas of the business and offer support to internal and external customers. You will be part of a team who investigate and provide an immediate response to a range of internal queries regarding missing or failed data flows, delivering an appropriate, accepted resolution for the customer, the business and other 3rd parties.

For this challenging role, you will need to have experience of using Microsoft Excel and be able to use your analytical skills to solve problems logically. Whilst not essential, you will also have experience of using SAP and have worked in an environment producing reports from interpreting raw data.
