Calling all Danish / Swedish speakers!

The role:
• Taking calls from our Danish / Swedish speaking customers and guiding them through the booking process
• Being the first point of contact for our Danish / Swedish speaking customers pre-travel
• Helping our customers to find the right product and price package to suit their requirements

Your expertise:
• Able to demonstrate outstanding sales & service to our Danish / Swedish speaking customers.
• Have previous experience of working well in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in Danish / Swedish and English (verbal &written)
