Danish / Norwegian / Customer Service / Inbound Account Manager

My client, a well established, busy and target driven Contact Centre based in Kingston (Surrey), are looking for Danish/Norwegian Customer Service Agents to join their extremely busy team, on a temp to perm basis, with an IMMEDIATE start.

Your main aim will be to make appointments within a targeted environment, working to strict KPI’s, whilst maintaining a very high level of customer service and converse fluently in Danish or Norwegian.
