Role – Customer Support Advisor
Hours – Part Time
Week 1: Wednesday & Thursday 10am – 2pm Saturday 8.50am – 4pm
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 10am – 2pm
Opportunities to make up a few more hours are available.
Location – Newhaven
Salary: £26,000per year
My client is looking for a Customer Support Advisor part time to assist them in their busy and expanding company.
Responsibilities
Customer service
Assisting existing customers with product and technical queries
Speaking with people wishing to purchase products and transferring through to sales department
Providing customers with resolutions
Participating in training of the products
Speaking with clients and help with training and set up
Basic use of Excel spreadsheetsThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their customer service experience working within an independent expanding company.
