Customer Support Advisor

Our Client, a leading Automotive Group with a long established history of selling new and used cars, are seeking a professional Customer Support Advisor to join their already successful Aftersales team in their West London Aftersales department.

The role:

With proven knowledge of automotive industry processes, including familiarity of the Kerridge system and the ability to fully and accurately meet customer needs, you will be the best in your field.Delivering a World Class Customer Service experience to customers.
The role includes dealing with customers and demonstrating professionalism and confidence at all times.
Adopting ‘our customer first ‘ and ‘our passion for personal service’ approach, the successful candidate will be speaking with existing and lapsed customers on the telephone and in person.
Taking Telephone Bookings from existing customers requiring routine services in line with manufacturer recommendations.
Arranging loan cars and collection & delivery as required.
Keeping customers informed of progress on their vehicle throughout the day by liaising with Service Advisors and Technicians as required.
Using highly effective skills, you will ensure that customers are informed of and shown all available options, extras, accessories, extended warranties, and other value added products.
Proactively seeking to secure repeat and additional vehicle sales using prospecting, follow-up, referral and other available methods.
Updating the dealerships records with customer information to ensure that the database is fully and accurately maintained.Our clients are looking for:

Applications from Customer focused, pro-active Aftersales professionals, with experience of working in a busy car dealership’s Service department or strong car service experience outside of the main dealership network.What’s on offer?
