Customer Success Specialist – Supply Chain/Distribution
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Our Client is a business without peer, a company that leads the way in their sector. As part of a dynamic international growth strategy they are looking to significantly develop their business in the UK. Their impressive client list includes leading names in retail, manufacturing & pharmaceuticals, and they aim to develop this further.
To assist their growth plans they are looking to recruit a Customer Support Specialist (Logistics Operations) to add to their team. The successful candidate will have fantastic attention to detail, strong communication skills & the ability to help deliver the business agenda.
Supported by industry leaders based both in the UK & internationally we are looking for a candidate who has a strong track record of success, but more importantly somebody who has an outstanding career ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist & ensure clients achieve their goals
* To develop standard operating procedures & update where required
* To develop, train and update front line employees/warehouse colleagues
* To conduct daily meeting to ensure business objectives are reviewed & future objectives are communicated
* To support stakeholders & colleagues in helping them achieve their objectives
* To conduct research, thereafter, to document and deliver the results
The Person:
* Degree educated, or equivalent, in a STEM based subject
* It literate, especially strong with MS Office
* A natural problem solver & critical thinker
* Proven teamworking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
* A confident disposition, able to communicate directly to groups of colleagues
* Ability to add value
* Focus on accuracy & delivery to deadlines
