This is a great Company to work for and you will receive excellent training. The Company is expanding and there are good prospects for personal development. You will be trained to provide excellent customer service within a friendly call centre team, identifying customer needs, processing and resolving queries, passing on calls to different departments, maintaining the customer database and assisting with ad-hoc projects.

Ideal candidates will have some customer service or reception experience gained within an office environment, but candidates with retail training may also be considered. Candidates also need to have Maths and English GCSEs at A-C Grades or equivalent.
