Customer Service Representative (Temp to Perm)

Based in Stockton On Tees my client requires an experience Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and renowned organisation.

The role is varied and you will take responsibility for specific client accounts and ensure that you build upon existing relationships.

Key duties will include:
-Diary management of client requirements
-Liaison with suppliers
-Providing customers with updates
-Allocate schedules
-Provide costs associated to clients requests
-Liaise with other departments should any problems need to be resolved
-All associated administrative functions using internal software and Microsoft Word & Excel

Previous experience with a customer service role is essential as is proven interpersonal and administrative skills.
