Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,000per year(Negotiable) DOE
Contract: 12 month maternity cover

This role is based within one of the worlds’ major logistics and freight forwarding organisations.

General purpose of the position:

Communicate effectively with customers & team members by telephone, digitally, or face to face.
Proactively organise work flow to meet customer time frames.
Provide help and advice to support customers.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and investigate and solve customer’s problems. Escalate when necessary.
Proactive approach in all areas of our business
Ensure complete adherence to SOP/SLA.
Identify any department & business efficiencies, along with Team Leader
Ensure all pricing & quotations at branch level are delivered
