Customer Service Executive, Graduate or Trainee, Knottingley, £22,000 – £24,000, 8.30 – 5 M-T / 4.30 Fri, 25 Days holiday + BH
Our client is a hugely successful company operating globally. They pride themselves on first class customer service hence their reputation for excellence and historic repeat business from major global players. We are now looking to appoint a Graduate or Trainee Customer Account Executive to join their busy team based in Knottingley.
Reporting to the Sales Manager the Graduate or Trainee Customer Account Executive will be responsible for.
* Processing customer orders
* Keeping records of orders, overview of dispatch, and monitoring stock levels
* Organising the dispatch of finished products in cooperation with logistics
* Loading sales enquiries into the system
* Preparing supporting documents for the issue of invoices and release of invoices to customers
* Communicating with customers if problems occur
* Liaising with other departments if complaints occur such as quality
* Assisting with organising exhibitions
* Preparing presentation documents for meetings and visits
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn. Whether you are a graduate or trainee you should be able to demonstrate how you have effectively tackled obstacles and how you have shown determination to achieve results as there will be a lot to learn in this role and no 2 days are the same.
