Customer Service Executive
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this market leading financial services organisation based in Leeds.
You will be responsible for providing a fantastic service to your customer base, handling inbound calls from both potential and existing customers. You will be assisting your customers with their day to day banking needs, whilst also identifying and advising on suitable products to suit your customer.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a customer facing role, and will take pride in providing the best possible levels of service. You will be an excellent communicator, with great listening skills and a confident rapport builder.
