Prodrive Recruitment are looking for an experienced Customer Service Engineer to join a busy team based in Tewkesbury,

The position will require frequent travel with overnight stays within the UK, a company van will be provided so a full UK driving licence is needed.

The Role:

* To provide onsite customer service investigations, rectifications, and reports

* Administration duties

* Product refurbishment

* General support of the department and to customers

* You will need to have a full driving licence

* You must have good practical skills ie knowledge of plumbing and electrical installations,

* You will need to be able to interact with customers on multi-level platforms from email, telephone, and face to face.

Important Information:

* A company van will be provided (t&c apply)

* A company laptop and mobile telephone is provided (t&c apply)

* Fuel cards and an accommodation float is in place for overnight stays only.

* Training provided

* A salary of between £26,000 – £26,280per year
