We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large, national residential developer based in Bristol. They build quality housing developments across the UK and have an excellent reputation in the market.
They need to appoint a Customer Care Coordinator who has experience resolving problems on new build residential projects, who will be based out of the office in Portishead.
Candidates will ideally come from a new build housebuilding background and able to understand the problems that new homes customers have and will be expected to liaise with all internal teams and subcontractors.
My client will however, also look at exceptional customer service candidates from construction sub-contractors and building companies.
Experience:
* Experience in this role is preferred
* You should be experienced in dealing with customers and be confident and courteous
