Do you have phone-based customer service experience?
Can you start immediately and work Monday-Friday 2pm-6pm?
We are seeking an experienced Customer Advisor to work for our well-known client, a nationwide retail organisation.
You will be working within their prescription distribution centre in Hanley, and will be responsible for speaking over the phone to customers who have queries or issues regards their prescription orders. This will involve problem-solving (i.e. checking on the status of deliveries with couriers) and providing excellent customer service.
This is a temporary position anticipated to start immediately and last on an on-going basis of 3 months+. You will be working Monday to Friday 2pm-6pm, for a total of 20 hours weekly. Although there will be the opportunity to work overtime this is purely dependent on how busy the team is, so you must be happy with the core hours.
