An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor at a rapidly expanding Pharmaceuticals company based just outside Leeds City Centre at an easy location to get to on public transport links and for car drivers. The position is within the Customer Services team in a high volume contact centre and as a Customer Service Advisor you will be involved in the following duties on a daily basis:

* Answering calls and dealing with customer and patient requests
* Dealing with email correspondence and queries
* Liaise with third party organizations over the phone and via email
* Provide advice on medicine, prices and referrer to pharmacist if needed
* Input and process orders on the system
* Deal with returned products from customers
* Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
