NRG are looking for a number of talented individuals to bring energy and a positive can do attitude to the work place. To be successful in this role you will be required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective negotiation skills and the ability to provide a first class customer service.

Duties to include:
– Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey
– Demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude to all calls from customers
– Focus on retention and complaint handling
– Help customers and clients with any technical issues
– Ensure you have all the answers to manage all queries received
– Account Management and providing welcome calls

Essential requirements:
– Previous Inbound and Outbound customer service experience from within a Contact Centre
– Strong communications, verbally and written
– Excellent numerical skills
– Strong technical awareness

All candidates must pass a CRB, No Dismissals

Work patterns will be based on 37.5 hour per week, shifts between Monday–Saturday 08.00am – 8.00pm
Full time training provided for 3 weeks.
