About Huntswood: Huntswood is a specialist resourcing and consultancy firm working in the areas of governance, compliance and complaints. They provide resource to help companies solve their regulatory issues, and expert advice to help them govern responsibly and better manage ongoing regulation.
About the role: Working on behalf of one of our clients you would be responsible for investigating customer complaints by reading detailed documentation, speaking with customers to find out further information relating to their claim, preparing notes and correspondence accordingly and calculating repayment amounts where applicable. Due to the intense workload you will be required to work within a target driven environment, ensuring a set amount of cases are completed each day.
About you: To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator with superb administration and analytical skills. You will have experience in complaints handling, customer service or general administration. You could be a graduate looking to begin your career within financial services. Whatever your background you’ll be a competent computer user with a good working knowledge of all major MS packages.
Location: Cardiff.
Rate: £174 per day depending on experience.
Contract Term: Until the end of 2015 initially.
