Due to Asquith Nurseries continued success and growth; we are looking to recruit a Customer Care/ Sales Advisor to join the Support Office. This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week. This role is based at our Support Office in Chesham, Buckinghamshire

As a Customer Care/ Sales Advisor, you would be responsible for maximising conversion of customer enquiries, building relationships and engaging new customer groups. You will develop a detailed knowledge base of customer needs in order to deliver a personalised introduction to Asquith Day Nurseries & Pre-Schools.

Key Responsibilities:
•To work as part of a team of advisors, liaising with prospective parents on a daily basis
•Achieve and exceed daily appointment targets
•Guide prospective parents through the process of selecting the right Asquith Nursery
•Contact prospective parents after they have visited a nursery to establish their experience of the showround, nursery and staff
•Ongoing support to existing parents

Skills and abilities:
•Proven customer service, sales, and complaint handling skills
•Experience of working with KPI’s and achieving targets
•Outstanding telephone manner
•Good relationship management
•Problem solving and negotiation skills
•Flexible
•Ability to work well under pressure
•Understanding of Microsoft Excel, to be able to report weekly statistics
