NEW STORE OPENING – KEY HOLDER – 30 HOUR CONTRACT
£26,000 per year

JOB ROLE

A vacancy has arisen for a Key Holder in a new store located in Merry Hill. The vacancy will include weekend working on a rotational basis. When you are scheduled to work a Saturday or Sunday a day off during the week will be allocated.

Our client was set up in 1959 and have been designing and making footwear now for 50 years! Since then product innovation, world class production facilities and continual reinvestment in the business has seen their shoe collections expand beyond all recognition and their customers grow by hundreds of thousands each year.

Now is an exciting time to join our client as they are planning significant growth over the next two years and are currently embarking on a new store opening programme.

Role:

As a Key Holder you will provide leadership for the team by maintaining the highest level of store standards. In addition to your responsibilities as a Customer Advisor, you will play an active role in training staff, in the absence of management take responsibility for the opening/closing of the store, whilst protecting the store assets through following operational policies and procedures at all times

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous experience of Key Holder responsibilities
• Ideally have worked in a customer facing sales environment
• Passionate about meeting the expectations of the customer
• Ability to meet and exceed targets
• A team player
