Our client is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Training and Curriculum Team Manager to lead the Construction Craft work-based learning team. The successful applicant will have significant experience of performance managing a team of construction assessors and a proven track record of overseeing the delivery of high quality training and assessment services to young people and adults. They will also have significant business development experience and able to attract and retain new business.
The successful applicant will also act as the Lead Internal Quality Assurance for the Construction provision. They will play an integral role within the company and work alongside the senior management team, providing a high level of strategic and practical input to ensure that our construction training and assessment services are fit for purpose and meet our learner and business needs.
With a background in construction the successful applicant will have the confidence, skills and experience needed to further develop and grow this exciting area of the business.
