CRM Manager Fashion/Retail Sector Location: West London Contract: 3 months Rate: £200-£300 per day (DOE) IR35: Inside Working pattern: West London (3 days in office, 2 days from home) Start: ASAP A major UK retailer is looking for an experienced CRM Manager with a strong broadcast and Ometria background to join a fast-paced team on an initial 3-month contract. What you'll be doing Owning the operational delivery of daily broadcast campaigns Managing segment selection and stakeholder sign-off. Creating a time-tracking and capacity framework for CRM builds. Driving efficiency and consistency in Ometria builds. Supporting and coaching three CRM builders , helping evolve build approaches. Leading QA tracking , logging errors and producing weekly error-rate reports . Producing clear documentation, checklists and repeatable processes for monthly campaigns.
