Salary: £480 – £840 per day
My client is a well-established and forward thinking company that operates both in the UK and internationally. They have a strong and growing eCommerce business with a strong team of talented e-commerce and digital people.
They are looking for a CRM Manager to join this team – who can work closely with the senior management team and the MD.
You will have a talent and a passion for your role and be able to demonstrate how your skill and experience can pro-actively influence and increase sales whilst enhancing customer loyalty.
You will have around 5 years experience in a similar role and be ready to join a company where you can make a discernible difference.
You will be adept at delivering strategies that deliver.
You will understand customer profiling and how to base sales and cross sales on this vital information
Your email campaigns will be outstanding – legendary even!
You will be able to handle and manipulate data – ensuring this intelligence translates across the business in an effective manner
You will be comfortable working with Directors and Senior Managers able to recommend and explain strategies with ease.
