Salary: £48,000 – £72,000 per year
Our client is a very successful manufacturer based in Swadlincote who are going from strength to strength. Owing to ongoing growth they are seeking to recruit a Salesforce Expert who will support, advise, design, build, deliver and maintain the Salesforce system, end to end. Regular duties will entail:
- Application design
- Configuration
- Testing
- Identification of project risks / issues
- Proactively recommend new features
- Provide technical specifications
- Provide coaching and consultations regarding best practice
- Support the continued build-out of key reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
- Uphold and promote best practice
In order to carry out this role, candidates should be totally familiar with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce. You should also have solid technical implementation experience with a background in CRM process design. You should also be confident with enterprise integration tools and extract, transform and load ETL tools.
