An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Credit Hire Fee Earner to join them at their office in London. They are possibly looking to fill up to 2 positions.

As part of this role, you will be expected to undertake direct communication with third parties on the telephone in a professional and effective manner and will update information into SOS/Solcase as requested.

You will provide first line support for client queries, draft court documents and applications and will attend hearing and mediations as and when required. You will also be responsible for taking client statements and reviewing medical records and assisting with Fee Earners chasers and post.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working with files in an Assisting/Paralegal capacity or will be a Law/LPC/FILEX graduate, or current studying towards, (or equivalent qualification) and looking to gain experience.

With pre litigation and litigation knowledge, you will have visual files experience and experience of communicating and working with clients. The ability to run an effective diary system is essential and you should have a keen interest in the Defendant Department.

Knowledge of relevant Credit Hire case law and its application is also essential and the ability to deal with personal injury claims would be beneficial.

Full time hours are 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 7 hours per day working between 8am to 6pm.
