Credit Controller

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

A well-known and exciting business based in Walton on Thames are seeking an Credit Controller to join their accounts team. To be successful in this role, you will have previous credit control experience. The successful individual will be able to meet the expected demands of the business, provide a high-quality service to the business and suppliers. 

Credit Controller – About The Role

• Chasing payment of outstanding invoices and certificates by due date, both verbally and by e-mail
• Raising of invoices and posting of payment notices
• Production of aged debtor reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Accurate receipt forecasting and reporting on daily and weekly basis
• Providing finance assistants with daily payment allocations
• Resolution of external and internal queries
• Assisting with creation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for business
• Regular ledgers reviews with Credit Control Supervisor, Finance Managers and Commercial team
• Reconciliation of accounts and data

The successful Credit Controller will have

With at least 3 years previous credit control experience, you will have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail and time management. Good understanding of Excel (including formulas like VLOOKUP).
