Credit Controller

Salary: £32,400 – £34,200 per year

Excellent opportunity for experenced Credit controller to work in a team environment (Hybrid working), stunning offices in central London. to provide a comprehensive and professional credit control service.

The successfyl candidate will be responsible for monitoring and chasing debtors and advising on appropriate action to take to recover monies owed.

Core duties include:

• Monitor the accounts and prepare regular arrears reports
• Collect outstanding debts by contacting customers
• Ensure notes on customers are kept up to date on Oracle for each account
• Ensure Dunning letters are sent out as required
• Ensure payments are recorded correctly in the cash book and the receivables ledger
• Ensure customer accounts are reconciled on a regular basis
• Respond in a timely manner to customer queries
• Ensure credit control policies and procedures are adhered to
• 9.Perform other duties as may be reasonably required by your line manager.

The Requirement:

• Good numeracy skills

• Experience of working in a credit control team
• Strong customer services skills
• Experience in negotiations with external parties
• Good IT skills & Excel knowledge (Pivot, VLOOKUP etc)
• Experience of using Oracle financials or a similar finance package
• Strong reconciliation skills and an eye for detail
