Credit Control Trainee

We have an opportunity to join our Credit Control team in Horwich (Middlebrook). In this role you’ll be part of a team that is responsible for debt collection activity, resolving queries and reducing aged debt through review and analysis of insurance broker partner accounts. This involves making and receiving telephone calls, which requires strong communication skills and the ability to develop great relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and maintaining great relationships with external partners and internal AXA colleagues.
• Providing a quality debt collection service.
• Providing appropriate and timely resolutions to account queries.
• Identifying and escalating all late broker payments to minimise potential bad debt.
