Corporate Tax Senior Manager

Cooper Lomaz are currently supporting a Leading Firm of Accountants to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to drive forward the continued success of the tax department. With a focus on advising a diverse client portfolio including both international groups and OMB’s, you will work closely with the partner to identify new business development opportunities and areas for increased revenues. You will also be expected to bring technical knowledge and expertise to provide solutions to client issues as well as mentoring more junior members with their own technical development.

Within the role you will be expected to; Advise on R&D tax credits and queries relating to HMRC, supporting clients with Tax due diligence including the review of legal documentation, take responsibility for overseeing the production and preparation of tax computations and prepare tax assignments for the firm.

Candidates will be either accountancy or Tax qualified (ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT) with a strong advisory background within Corporate Tax. Your technical knowledge including that of R&D Tax credits will be key to succeeding in this position. Candidates will also need to demonstrate strong managerial skills as well as the commercial acumen to identify business development and growth opportunities.
