JOB ROLE: Corporate Front of House Receptionist
JOB TYPE: Permanent position
COMPANY: Large – high profile.
HOURS: 08.30am – 17.30pm
SALARY: £26,400 – £30,000
LOCATION: Heart of the City
CULTURE: Dynamic, busy, varied, modern offices.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
* Providing a 5-star customer service at all times
* Answering the telephones, responding to emails
* Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors in a professional manner
* Manage meeting room diary.
* Providing beverages and ordering catering for on site meetings.
* Deal with collections and deliveries, distribute as required.
* Assist with daily queries, both internal and external.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
* Excellent academic history – Graduate or equivalent
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent IT Skills – Advanced excel is required
* Good typing skills
* Analytical capability
* Looking for a candidate that obtains a methodical way of work
