Conveyancing Solicitor

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor on behalf of a well known and respected, regional law firm. You will be joining their busy branch office based on the border of Sheffield/North East Derbyshire.

You will be taking over an existing caseload comprising mainly Residential conveyancing but with some basic Commercial Property work also. Handling files from start to finish including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages for both freehold and leasehold properties.

This is a busy office but is fully equipped with supporting staff.

Progression opportunities are available within the company.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are a Qualified Solicitor with at least 4-5 PQE (however candidates with more or less experience may also be considered) and have a proven track record within Conveyancing. You should have a genuine passion for providing high standards of client care and have excellent communication skills.

A competitive salary (with the possibility of a 6 month salary review) along with 28 days holiday plus bank holidays is available.
