:: As a Conveyancing Solicitor the role would include::

Our clients department is growing and is now seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a full time, permanent basis in Newcastle Upon Tyne. You will manage a varied caseload of transactions from instruction to post completion with minimal supervision. Areas will include: sales and purchases; remortgages; lease extensions; equity release; shared ownership and; assistance in probate and private client transactions. :: Skills and Experience::

You will possess sound technical skills and solid Residential Property experience

You will be IT Literate 

You will organise your workload to meet tight deadlines 

You will have excellent communication and client care skills

You will be a pro-active team player, with a desire for marketing and networking 

:: This role would ideally suit::

A licensed Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-2 years post qualified experience.

:: Location::

The branch is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, relocation considered.

:: Salary::

Depending on experience, you will be offered a salary of £36,000pa.
