Our client is based in Enfield and recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their already established Conveyancing department. They are recruiting as part of their growth plans for 2022.

The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, with hours of 9.30-5.30. The role is an office-based position preferable.

The role will be dealing with conveyancing matters in both Residential and Commercial. A varied caseload to include residential sales, purchases, new builds, and commercial grants of leases and extensions. There is a mix of both value and volume.

This role would ideally suit someone at a 5-year plus PQE level, however, we will look at candidates with 2+ years PQE if you have had prior property experience in a role such as a Paralegal. Due to this the salary is dependent on experience but will be up to £72,000.

You will need to be flexible with out of the box thinking, willing to help, and a real team-player

The Partner is responsible for the business development, therefore, freeing you time to do what you do best. You will also be given access to an Assistant.

There are no financial targets, however, you must be able to handle a caseload of 50/60 files.

Progression will depend on the growth of the firm, but the ideal route is for this candidate to run a team.
