Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

THE ROLE:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be specialising in property law, undertaking re mortgages, transfer of equities, sale & purchase transactions, including; freehold, leasehold and shared ownership, repossessions and new build on both residential and commercial properties.
THE PERSON:
The successful applicant will have around 5 years demonstrable experience within this sector, and be involved in Business Development. For the right individual, there will be a very well-structured route to progression with a focus on further professional development.
