Conveyancing Paralegal – Bolton, North West
Salary: £26,000per year.00 – £21,000.00 depending on experience

Your Job

In this role as a conveyancing paralegal, you will be responsible for conducting a caseload of residential conveyancing files under supervision, including sales, purchases, transfer and re-mortgages and also provide support to colleagues with their caseloads as and when required. This will mean that you must have some prior knowledge and experience of conveyancing.

Some of the duties involve:

* Receiving initial instructions
* Obtaining relevant information from the Land Registry
* Conducting appropriate searches
* Preparing completion statements
* Exchanging contracts and ensuring smooth completion
* Assisting other colleagues as requested within the department

Job requirements:

You will be required to have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

* Passed your LPC
* Have some prior experience of working in a conveyancing environment

Desirable experience for this role:

Experience of handling your own conveyancing caseload
