Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per year
We are working with a very well-known client who are now in the market for a Residential Conveyancers to start as soon as possible!
The main purpose of this role is to effectively run a conveyancing caseload and perform a full range of tasks associated with these files, within specified timescales.
In this role you will effectively manage a caseload with minimal supervision, until your manager deems it appropriate to increase your portfolio of cases.
You will also have responsibility to provide effective administrative and conveyancing support, to suit the Team / Business needs.
You will also continue to learn all aspects of the conveyancing process. Training will continue to be available and divided into conveyancing, case management and compliance modules. These modules will provide a theory based and practical approach to cover each of these topics in greater detail, allowing the process to be understood in its entirety. You will also continue to receive on Team training, coaching and mentoring daily.
