Our prestigious legal clients based in Market Harborough are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their expanding team.
The ideal candidate would need to presentable and experienced in all aspects of Conveyancing including Leasehold.
A brief outline of the duties required:-
• Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries relating to individual matters.
• Checking draft contract documentation.
• Raising enquiries.
• Reporting on the Legal documentation.
• Freehold and Leasehold transactions.
• Preparing accounts.
The Conveyancing Department is made up of teams containing 6 members of staff. The company offers great benefits and a fantastic working environment.
We have an in house trainer which will provide excellent ongoing training in all aspects of Conveyancing.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm
Salary – Trainee £26,000
Intermediate £20,000.00
Experienced £22-25,00.00
