£55,000 – £68,000 plus package and performance related bonus
Following successful tendering activities, a leading specialist contractor based in North London is currently searching for Contracts Manager to join their ranks in anticipation of a busy 2016.
They specialize in Historical and Grade Listed restoration work in Central London and have acquired an impressive number of prestigious clients, ensuring continuity of business in the years to come. Project values range from £100,000 to £2m with works consisting of façade restorations, roof repairs and high spec internal refurbishments.
The ideal candidate must be contractually and commercially strong client facing and able to develop both current and future business opportunities. A genuine interest in English Heritage will be beneficial and the desire of progressing within the company is a must.
