Most of their business comes from winning tenders, so this is not a sales role, however candidates should be commercially minded and be able to spot opportunities to sell additional products/services to existing clients/projects
Candidates will have previous experience of managing commercial flooring contracts/projects this experience could have been gained in a similar role to this previously or possibly owned their own commercial flooring business where their experience would encompass all elements of the role. The company can be flexible in some aspects of the role so for example they will consider a more junior CM at the lower end of the salary range or will look at a CM to work on their small works contracts (up to £26,000). Candidates for this role must reside within a reasonable commute of Hull where much of the role holder’s time will be spent, so candidates in the North/South/West/East Yorkshire or North Lincolnshire areas would be considered.
