My client, a leading facilities management provider are currently recruiting for a lead contract support to work in a busy Contract Support team assisting the Contracts Manager.

£26,000Salary, Car Parking on site – 40 hours per year – Company Benefits

Essential Experience:

* Customer service
* Strong Microsoft knowledge specifically Excel
* Working to and Achieving SLA’s
* People management experience
* Strong Financial acumen
* Professional approach (as will meet the client often)
* Team Player
* Ability to manage a high work volume

Preferred:

* Ideally from a maintenance background
* Experience of reporting services
* Ability to produce and analyse reports
