Contract Digital Account Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join a Creative Agency to work on a contract managing several of the agency’s key digital clients. The role requires good hands on experience of briefing and working with developers, a good level of technical knowledge/understanding, tight project management and client facing experience.

They need someone who is competent with content management systems with a good degree of technical knowledge using a range of CMS and you will work closely with programmers and developers. You will be attending client meetings, liaising and communicating with clients on a regular basis, and preparing detailed quotations and supporting documentation for all digital projects.

You will be working closely with the digital team to ensure that work is fully scoped and production scheduled so that projects are delivered on time to the required standard. Other responsibilities will include negotiating with suppliers regarding usage fees and other costs as well as organising purchase orders for external suppliers.

Overseeing the whole process, you will be required to ensure that jobs are invoiced promptly and that agreed profit levels are achieved. You must have a methodical and disciplined approach, possess good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Essentially, you will have an excellent understanding of production requirements for digital projects as you will be working with the Head of Digital on multiple projects at any one time.

Clean Driving licence required.

This is initially a 6 months contract with the possibility of extension.
