Calling members of the blogosphere, content obsessives and guardians of grammar! I’m seeking a passionate (and probably slightly pedantic) Content Writer to join a rapidly expanding professional services company based in central Southampton. This is a permanent job within a busy office environment, reporting directly to, and working alongside, an enigmatic Marketing Director who is keen to find the right person in the new year.

On a daily basis you’ll be writing engaging and interesting content for a range of channels including the company website; social media feeds (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter); customer newsletters; internal communications and the company blog. You’ll be speaking with a variety of department heads to capture in print their good news stories and industry updates, then conveying these messages to customers and business partners. If you have some basic knowledge of SEO that would be beneficial but not essential – this job is all about the writing skills.

Ideally, you’ll have a degree in English Literature/Language, Journalism or similar and you’ll be able to provide me with links to your work alongside your CV.
