Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
We have a permanent role for an experienced Construction Site Administrator to work for a large residential developer. This role will be working between 3 sites initially, with one completing soon and then moving to just 2 sites in the A3 corridor with sites currently in Effingham, Winchester and Crookham. You will be working to assist and support the Project Managers of these developments.
As part of the role you will be assisting with general administration as well as ensuring the Project Managers and site based teams are effectively using the in house computer systems and so computer literacy is a must for this position.
The ideal person will have extensive experience in a similar role on other construction sites as well as a valid driving license and own vehicle.
