Constrcution / Operations Manager

Sphere Solutions have been retained to source an experienced Construction / Operations Manager for a national regeneration contractor, to oversee their South West business. You will join an experienced team that are used to delivering successful partnering maintenance and new build regeneration schemes.

As the figure head of this £mm business, you will be the driving force at developing the business, taking full responsibility for both operational and commercial management at the highest level. This will be a 360 degree role, managing on site activities, client development and pre- construction and
Suitable candidates will have a proven track record of delivering both maintenance /refurbishment and new build affordable housing, projects up to £10m and be used to managing a business as a whole with strong commercial acumen. With a large number of projects currently underway and a healthy programme of works for 2016/2017 this is a great senior opportunity for a talented construction professional.
