Compliance Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

Are you an experienced Compliance Manager within financial planning looking to join a growing IFA firm in Bristol?

As a Compliance Manager you will be focused on ensuring the ongoing compliance and staff competency for the business. Your duties will include:

* Actively manage the firms compliance with FCA principles, rules and guidance

* Identify areas for development in the business and to improve MI

* Keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes

* Ensure the submission of regulatory returns are completed to high standard and in a timely manner

* Produce annual compliance report for Senior Management

* Manage the firm’s relationship with the FCA and work with the regulator

* Assist the Directors on any relevant projects or tasks

Compliance Manager Requirements

* You should be an experienced Compliance Manager within IFA / financial planning firms

* You should have strong knowledge of current regulations and legislation and have high attention to detail

* Ideally, you should be Level 4 Diploma qualified, but not essential
