Your expertise lies in handling executive-level complaints and you will develop a deep understanding of Gigaclear’s processes and procedures. Regardless of the industry background, we value your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and your knack for relationship building. Your experience in complaint management, combined with an aptitude for effective communication over various platforms, makes you a potential fit for our evolving organization.

The challenge:

Gigaclear changes lives.  We bring digital happiness and brilliant broadband to rural communities who have really poor service  – they can’t get Netflix, work from home or play games successfully. We have had massive growth as a result and sometimes we don’t get it right.  We need you to help us solve these problems, make things better and deliver great solutions.

Your role:

Dive deep into escalated cases, provide timely and proactive communication, and ensure first-time resolutions. Additionally, identify areas of improvement, suggest innovations, and collaborate with our Customer Operations Management Team to enhance our service quality.
