Salary: s and Hours

As an AJ Community Care Support Worker you can expect the to be paid some of the most competitive rates in your local area. These are as follows:
• Weekday – £26,000 per year • Weekday Evening – £26,000 per year • Weekend Day – £26,000 per year • Weekend Evening – £26,000 per year

We offer a number of contracts to suit most people’s working life requirements, your staff enjoy choosing from Full Time, Part Time, Evenings and Weekends contracts.

AM shifts can start from 6am – 2pm, PM shifts can start from 3.00pm – 11pm. (These times are approximate, some areas may vary dependant on the clients on your round).

Meet your colleagues

Your training will take place before your first shift where you will have a great opportunity to get to know your supervisors and other people who are also training for the role.

Full Training

In your initial in house training you will learn all the standard care requirements and how to safely move people. You will then be invited to complete further online training to ensure you are always up to date and the best you can be for your clients.

Reviews and Feedback

Throughout your employment you will have regular reviews and feedback so you always know how you are getting on and have the support you need to continue your development.
