Communications Manager / ERP Communications Manager – Earn up to £411.6 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £444 per day (LTD)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver the communications plan
Ensure communications, training and change plans are aligned by working closely with Business Change and Training teams
Deliver communications collateral as per the methodology and agreed plan
Understand the needs of the business and leverage results of business change impact and readiness assessments to strengthen content and focus of communications activities and plans
Manage key programme events, such as Communication Masterclasses, Town Halls and Manager Briefings
Maintain and develop SharePoint sites and other digital communications
Make sure that all communications are brand aligned by fully understanding the brand and values
Align with other Communication Managers in interlinked projects to ensure dependencies are understood and air traffic control is managed

Qualifications /Experience/Skills:

Essential:

Previous experience in ERP/SAP or large scale IT transformation or system implementation, working on waves and roll out
Extensive experience of Business Change, Communication or Training
Demonstrable ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused and results driven environment
Basic understanding of ERP systems and how they deliver value
Strong understanding of Business Change and Organisational Communications

Desirable:

Strong SharePoint skills for intranet and microsite development and management
Digital communications experience in video editing, flipcam and mobile phone video filming, as well as storyboarding and drafting scripts of videos and animations
Experience of designing and developing info graphics, posters, banners and other communications collateral
