Anderson Knight are recruiting a Communications & Engagement Specialist for our client based on the outskirts of Glasgow. This role will report into the Head of HR and support with the delivery and design of the companies corporate communications and employee engagement strategy. You will be an experienced Communications & Engagement specialist with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for developing and implement internal communications strategies for a global business
* Work with HR and Leadership to support the delivery of internal communications and engagement strategy, building strong working relationships with key people across every site and region.
* Co-ordinate and support all content for quarterly Business Updates and Company Meetings
* Co-ordinate, design and deliver all content for Business newsletters and updates
* Manage all internal communications and engagement content on the internet and keep it up to date
* Support Projects to identify and implement approaches for developing and promoting an inclusive culture and engaging with a diverse workforce
* Support the HR Team to ensure company values, objectives, strategy are communicated to all employees
* Manage external recruitment agencies
* Organise, manage and support events
* Support and contribute with the Employee Value Proposition strategy
* Support all business-as-usual communications and engagement activities
Key Qualifications & Skills
* The Ideal candidate must be educated to graduate level
* You will have Marketing / Communications experience
* You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working across multiple projects to tight timescales with limited budgets
* Proven ability to write clear and engaging content that engages and connects people
* Proven track record of successfully delivering effective, high quality internal communications and engagement projects
* CIPD Qualified/Part Qualified would be advantageous
