Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate
Guildford
A legal 500 firm are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Associate for their Commercial Property department in Guildford.
The successful Commercial Property Associate will undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the department as well as ensuring the successful development of the firm in line with the current published Business Plan.
Duties include:
– To assist the department as a whole in meeting its fee earning targets by providing help regarding advice and assistance to clients of the Department as well as other Departments of the Firm.
– Conduct of matters on behalf of clients
– Where appropriate, supervises junior members of staff.
– Is developing a client/referrer base.
– To maintain professional knowledge base including attainment of annual CPD points
Experience required:
1+PQE SolicitorFull knowledge/experience and understanding having worked previously in a commercial property department
