Salary: £40,800 – £45,600 per year
Commercial Assistant – Penkridge, would suit individual with a construction background with experience within any of the following.
Quantity Surveying, Buying, Estimating, Site Management
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join a well-established construction company.
This position would suit an all rounder who has experience within a Construction environment but is not sure if the want to specialise as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator or Buyer.
Our client is a growing group of companies, a multi-disciplined construction contractor who operate nationally. The company has been undergoing tremendous growth acquiring new parts to their businesses.
They have also recently opened a new regional office and are looking to expand their Commercial team.
This opportunity offers the prospect of career progression and the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing subcontract applications.
Assist Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
Assist Buying department
Collating commercial reports to the business unit and client.
Criteria:
• The ideal candidate must have experience in the Construction Sector.
• The ideal candidate will come from a Commercial background.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
